Planning gets underway ahead of emergency simulation next month

Planning has got underway for an emergency simulation that will be taking place in Torrevieja on the 14th November.

Emergency services will be tasked with dealing with a simulated earthquake in in the region, in an effort to develop training and response skills.

Emergency services met with the Mayor, Manuel Dolón, last week to discuss logistics, and also to confirm a presentation of what people will expect, which will be held on Tuesday, November 6 in the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Center.
