Akira – official Grand Opening Celebration -Wednesday 4th May

The AKIRA Team are delighted to tell you that the shelter has opened it’s doors and the rescued dogs not yet adopted have been transferred from their kennels to our shelter.

We are holding an official Grand Opening Celebration at the shelter at 14:00 on Wednesday 4th May and would like to invite you to join us.

As you may know, AKIRA was formed prior to 2011, and in the April of that year we first gained our charity certification. Both the originalAKIRA team and the current team have worked very hard, together with our many volunteers, helpers and sponsors to get to this point and we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your continued support and to show you around the AKIRA shelter.
