• 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
• 100g butter, melted
• 120ml honey
• 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4.
2. Place chicken pieces in a shallow roasting tin. If you are using chicken thighs or breasts with skin, place them skin side up. Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours (1/2 less for chicken breasts), basting every 15 minutes with the cooking juices, until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
