Thomas Cook collapses and flights are cancelled

BayRadio | September 25, 2019

Spain’s airport operator Aena said today 46 flights operated by Thomas Cook have been cancelled.

Half of the flights had Spanish airports as their destination, whereas the rest were due to take off from Spain.

Travel group Thomas Cook collapsed this morning, stranding more than half a million holidaymakers around the globe and sparking the largest peacetime repatriation effort in British history.

The company’s website will link you through to the Civil Aviation Authority site and on there, when you click through to your destination, it’ll give you information about flights home.

There’ll be more in our UK bulletin next.
