Tomorrow sees my third session, and I’m really looking forward to it – there’s a few key areas that I feel I need to work on, things that I’m struggling with.

I’m very aware that these are changes that I’m making for life – with smaller portions, I don’t need to change what I eat, just the amount of it – it’s also making me conscious of what I am eating – if I’m eating a small amount, and I’m trying to lose weight, then I need to consider the content – it’s not all salad and quinoa though!
