The five Brits being probed over the death of Benidorm balcony fall holidaymaker Kirsty Maxwell have been told they are in the clear

BayRadio | September 25, 2019

The five British men being questioned over the death of a Scottish woman who fell from a Benidorm hotel balcony have been told they’re in the clear.
A Spanish prosecutor probing the death of 27 year old Kirsty Maxwell has ruled there is “no evidence” pointing to the involvement of the five in her death and announced they are provisionally shelving the near two-and-a-half-year homicide investigation.
They were the last people to see Kirsty alive after she walked into their tenth-floor room just before 8am in April 2017
