All we ask is for you to dig deep and donate what you can to help raise vital funds for Preventorio Children’s Home, your generosity and support will make such a difference to the children.

You will be joining us for a 90minute Indoor Cycling class including warm up, cool down and stretch. This is an endurance ride challenging yourself to cycling specific sets with 3 different instructors.

This session offers high energy music and coaching for a fun and effective workout with an endorphin rush you’ve never experienced before.

Spin 90 will help you burn over 900 calories while building strength and transforming the way you feel.

Take the opportunity to raise the bar on your cardiovascular fitness, at all times you are in control of your gear so as long as you keep those pedals turning, you are moving forward! Join us for the challenge!!
