Pure Organic is an online, D2C wellness products brand based in Javea, Spain.

We are a small team of driven individuals passionate about enabling people to feel their best using all-natural products. Our company is 100% committed to quality, transparency, and leaving a lasting, positive impression with customers.

In 2020, we expanded into the pet market using the same philosophy. After four years, our products are trusted by customers, vets, and animal charities throughout Europe.

We’ve always sold D2C via our website, but now we feel there is an opportunity for the right candidate to take our pet products to the next step.


You are an experienced business development lead with a proven and demonstrable track record of creating growth, connections, and opportunities in the B2B marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pricing, lead generation, after-sales, and client relations. You will also be able to communicate to our team what you need to reach more potential clients.


As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the pet product market. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential vendors in the pet-related service industry, such as veterinary clinics and pet shops. You will be expected to effectively pitch our products, negotiate agreements, and secure long-term partnerships.

Your duties will also involve maintaining and nurturing these relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collaboration. This will include regular follow-ups, addressing any issues that may arise, and consistently seeking ways to add value for our partners. By understanding the needs and preferences of our vendors, you will help tailor our offerings and promotional strategies to better meet market demands.

Additionally, you will work closely with our internal team, providing insights and feedback that will drive product development and marketing efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively with both external partners and internal team members will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives.


  1. Identify and approach potential vendors in the pet-related service industry.
  1. Develop and deliver compelling pitches to secure new partnerships.
  1. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
  1. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors through regular communication and support.
  1. Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor needs with product offerings and marketing strategies.
  1. Provide feedback and insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
  1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development practices.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to secure new partnerships, maintain existing relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Pure Organic’s pet product line.


  1. Fluent in English with the ability to speak Spanish preferred.
  1. Minimum of 3 years in a business development role or equivalent experience.
  1. EU driver’s license.
  1. Experience in the vet and pet niche is big bonus.



This role is primarily based out of our office in Javea, Spain, to start. As you develop, we anticipate this role becoming a blend of in-office and fieldwork.


Base monthly salary plus commission.

Option for possible profit share upon demonstrated success and consistently hitting key KPIs.

Strong admin and organisational skills 
Be a strong communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone.
Possesses basic video editing skills (training available) no experience needed but must be kenn to learn
Demonstrate proficiency  in social media and has the creative flair to market us  across various platforms
Is fluent in both English and Spanish (additional languages are advantageous)
Has good organisational skills
Above all, is driven and eager to learn and contribute!
