A baby has tested positive for coronavirus

A baby has tested positive for coronavirus at a campsite in Valencia province.

Parts of the site in Sant Joan d’Alacant in Alicante have been closed off to prevent the virus from spreading.

Health authorities have been speaking to the family about the procedures they need to follow.

The campsite continues to remain open with strict coronavirus measures in place.

It is not yet known whether anyone else has become infected at the campsite but according to local media the situation is “under control”.
