Holiday Property Cleaners – Costa Blanca North
Holiday property management business seeking 1 or maybe 2 reliable domestic cleaners for regular jobs on 6 properties in the Javea and Moraira areas. High standards are required. Properties must be cleaned and presented for arriving guests in an immaculate condition. The jobs consist of ‘change-overs’, where guests leave in the morning and new guests arrive later the same day, as well as bedding and towel changes where guests are staying for more than one week. In most cases the job is time sensitive but occasionally there might be a few days gap between bookings during which the work can be done at a time to suit the cleaner.

Jobs are paid on a ‘per hour’ basis and are available regularly during the year.

Once enquiries have been generated by our digital marketing strategies, they are automatically populated into our enquiry handling and sending platform. The job of the Customer Success team is to call each customer enquiry and verify that the details are correct and gather as much information about their requirement. There is no cold calling involved within this department, all the customers are informed that they will be receiving a call from us and therefore will be receptive to the call.
Once the customer is qualified and we are happy that the need is genuine, the enquiry is then sent to our partner network in order to contact the client to quote for the specific product or service that they require.
