The latest official figures released by the Spanish Health Ministry

The latest official figures released by the Spanish Health Ministry today for the number of people who have tested positive for Coronavirus (Covid-19) is now 297,054.

This is an overall increase of 8,532 against the figure released on Friday, yet with the ministry stating that 968 of these infections have occurred in the previous 24 hours.

However, the figures released today do not include data from Madrid, Catalonia or Navarra – for ‘technical problems’, according to the ministry.
