Fire at Centro Comercial Portal de la Marina in Ondara burns 400m2 of Carrefour warehouse
A fire at the Centro Comercial Portal de la Marina broke out in Carrefour at 23:08 on Tuesday night. No one was hurt.
A fire that broke out in the warehouse of Carrefour in Ondara has been put out with help from firefighters from as far as Benidorm.
The fire broke out at 23:08, according to the Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de la Marina Alta.
It was put out by 00:37 on Wednesday early morning.
The fire reportedly burnt shelves and electrical appliances, affecting an area of 400m2.
Firefighters came from Denia, Benissa and Benidorm to help fight the blaze.
