Confinement in each autonomous community of Spain

Andalucía

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 30th October until the 10th December.

Aragón

Type of confinement: Regional and provincial perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 27th October, the community has been closed. On the 1st December, the confinement of the cities of Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel was lifted, but the provincial closure was maintained.

Cantabria

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 30th October until the 16th December.

Castilla y León

Type of confinement: Regional and provincial perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 30th October until after Christmas with the exceptions agreed in the Inter-territorial Health Council. Salamanca, Ávila and Segovia, on the one hand, and León, on the other, maintain a joint perimeter closure.

Castilla-La Mancha

Type of confinement: Regional perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 30th October until the end of December with the exceptions approved between Sanidad and the CC.AA. for Christmas.

Cataluña/Catalunya

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement (during weekends).
Dates: From the 30th October until the 21st December. The weekend confinement will be opened in the de-draught: within the municipality in the first section (from the 23rd November until the 6th December) and in the second district (from the 7th until the 20th December). Perimeter confinement will disappear on the 21st December.

Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta

Type of confinement: Perimeter confinement during the weekend.
Dates: From the 30th October.

Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement.
Dates: From 10pm on the 29th October until 12am on the 7th December.

Comunidad de Madrid

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement.
Dates: Perimeter closure of the community between the 4th and 14th December. Since the 16th November, it affects 30 basic health areas of Madrid capital and other municipalities.

Comunidad Foral de Navarra

Type of confinement: Regional perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 27th October until the 18th December.

Comunitat Valenciana/Comunidad Valenciana

Type of confinement: Regional perimeter confinement.
Dates: From 12pm on the 30th October until 12pm on the 15th January. It will be adjourned on the 23rd, 24th, 25th and 31st December and the 1st January.

Extremadura

Type of confinement: No confinement.

Galicia

Type of confinement: Perimeter confinement of 56 towns -including 5 of the 7 main Galician cities-.
Dates: From 3pm on the 30th October the municipal closure rules are in place. The community closed from the 4th until the 9th December.

Illes Balears/Islas Baleares

Type of confinement: No confinement.

La Rioja

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement (for one month in Arnedo and Logroño).
Dates: From the 23rd October until the 19th December.

País Vasco/Euskadi

Type of confinement: Regional and provincial perimeter confinement.
Dates: From the 27th October until the 12th December, the municipal confinement is in force. The provincial confinement will be maintained until the 23rd December and the autonomous until the 11th January.

Principado de Asturias

Type of confinement: Perimeter confinement of the regional community and municipality (in Avilés, Gijón and Oviedo).
Dates: From the 28th October until the 3rd December.

Región de Murcia

Type of confinement: Regional and municipal perimeter confinement.
Dates: Perimeter closure of the community from the 30th October until after Christmas with the exceptions of the 24th, 25th and 31st December and the 1st January, at the moment, for family reunions. The municipal closure will be lifted on the 9th December except in Los Alcázares and Torre Pacheco.
