HIGH street fashion chain Adolfo Domínguez has announced its plan to “return to profitability” with the news 300 jobs will go across Spain.

The move is to “adapt” to the digital age but involves cutting around 30% of the workforce after a challenging decade of results.

The chain reported €8.3 million losses for 2019/29 and follows four years of
reorganisation within the retail operation.

The company said it has to adapt and restructure ‘to guarantee a future’ to new sales systems with the growth of online business.
