A true Liverpool native, Mark brought his Scouse wit and love for music to the BayRadio team back in 2015. His journey started behind the decks with his first twin turntable in 1980, leading to a long career of DJing across St Helens and Gran Canaria before finally making the Costa Blanca his home.

Mark is at his happiest when he’s interacting with his loyal listeners. He’s a natural chatterbox who loves hearing your stories, making his show feel like a catch-up with an old friend—even if he is still trying to find someone who actually laughs at his jokes (besides his grandson, Martín!).

A Few Favorites

• The Screen: When he isn’t on the air, he’s likely caught up in a good series. Mark is our resident small-screen expert—he’s navigated almost every corner of Netflix and is always ready to dish out a review.

• The Pitch: If the TV isn’t on a boxset, it’s definitely on the football. Mark is a massive footie fan and loves following the scores.

• The Sweet Tooth: Mark is never far from a biscuit tin. If you really want to stay on his good side, bring him a pack of his favorites—or better yet, a box of Roses.

• Top Tip: If it’s December, keep an eye on the Golden Barrels; they’re his absolute favorite, and they never last long when Mark is around!
