Coronavirus did not get in the way of one Spanish industry, paper and loo roll. The country’s paper manufacturing sector, including toilet paper, has grew by 1.1% in the first four months of 2020, despite COVID-19. The production of toilet and sanitary paper grew by 1.6% alone, with an 11.4% increase in April.
The Canarian Government has instructed Granadilla Ayuntamiento to take the necessary measures to ensure the work on the Tejita hotel site is stopped after a ruling to suspend the construction licence. Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has been accused by prosecutors in Spain of not paying 1m euros in taxes. The charge relates to tax due for image rights earnings during the Italian's time as Real Madrid boss in 2014-15. Ancelotti is yet to respond and Everton said they have no comment to make.
