Denia Barbarians Welcomes New Players For the Upcoming Season

Thanks to the local press that publishing our newsletters, we have seen several new senior players join the club for the 2020/21 season

Many people don’t realize there is a thriving rugby club in Denia which attracts both junior and senior players from all over the Marina Alta

We welcome all nationalities, both male and female to the club as we embark on a new campaign for the 2020 season

With new sponsors in place and 6 coaches looking after the kids , junior and senior sections, we offer coaching and the opportunity to play the best game in the world.

With the go ahead to start playing competitive matches in the next few weeks, everyone is looking forward to renewing friendships with other rugby clubs in the area.The junior league will start on October the 24th and finish on December the 19th. The seniors round robin fixtures will be from 7th November until 19th December.

If you are over 18 and played in the UK and are wondering what to do in your spare time, don’t worry, come along for a run out and see how you get on. We are sure you will like the atmosphere and training facilities on offer.

The newly re-branded Denia Barbarians Rugby Club on the Marina Alta, are looking for new players for the upcoming 2020/2021 season.
With an excellent “grass pitch” and stadium to train and play in, we are looking for players (both new and experienced) from 8 years old through to senior players (18 +)
Current players come from all around the Marina Alta region, from Calpe to Gandia and inland to the Jalon Valley and Pego
